The UGC NET December 2024 exam schedule has been made public by the National Testing Agency. On the official website, ugcnet.nta.ac.in, candidates who have enrolled for the exam can view and download the UGC NET 2024 timetable.
The official timetable states that on January 3, 2025,
the UGC NET 2024 exam for the December cycle will start. The deadline for the 85-subject tests is January 16, 2025. Two shifts each day will be used to administer the tests. The first and second shifts will take place from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., respectively.
From January 3, 2025, to January 16, 2025,
the National Testing Agency (NTA) will administer the UGC-NET exam in CBT mode to 85 subjects exclusively for the following purposes: (i) “Award of Junior Research Fellowship and Appointment as Assistant Professor,” (ii) “Appointment as Assistant Professor and Admission to PhD,” and (iii) “Admission to PhD.”
