Force Gurkha 5 Door Launch: Mahindra brought a new Force Gurkha SUV to compete with the Thar. This car, which came in a 3-door version, has not been very successful in doing so. Additionally, it lacked the choice of an automatic transmission and a gasoline engine. However, the business will soon release its five-door model, which many refer to as the desi G-wagon. The unique feature is that 9 people can sit together in it.
SUV’s Glimpses Revealed
Talking about the current Gurkha, its length is 4116 mm, its width is 1812 mm and its height is 2075 mm. While its wheelbase is 2400mm. As per RushLane’s report, the length has been increased in the new 5-door Gurkha, which will provide one more row of seating. Overall now it’s going to be more practical.
The width is also likely to increase as the top-spec 5-door variant may get 18-inch alloy wheels with bigger 255/60-R18 tires. As can be seen in the leaked images, the lower variant may get smaller steel wheels. Earlier it was seen in the pictures that there were captain’s seats in the third row. Talking about the exterior, it will get features like circular LED DRLs around the headlight, bonnet-mounted indicators, boot-mounted spare wheel, rear washer wiper, snorkel, and roof-mounted carrier.

Launch Details and Expected Price
Launched in September 2021, the Force Gurkha 3-door costs Rs 13.59 lakh. Force Motors increased the price by Rs 51,000 to Rs 14.10 lakh in 2022. The Gurkha 5-door should cost about Rs. 1 lakh more than the 3-door version. The future 5-door Thar and 5-door Jimny will be opposed by the Force Gurkha 5-door. In the upcoming months, the business may introduce it.
