Electric Cars: MG Air, which will be MG’s least expensive EV, will cost almost as much as TATA’s Tiago EV. While the XUV400 will cost somewhat more because it belongs to the SUV category.

Tata Motors, the nation’s top manufacturer of electric vehicles, will face fierce competition from two new, reasonably priced EVs that will be unveiled soon.

The Mahindra XUV400 electric SUV will soon be available in India. MG is also getting ready to launch the Air EV. Both are distinct electric vehicles, however, they are combined in order to offer EVs as a less expensive alternative to the current market.

What is the XUV 400’s area of expertise?

A 39.4kWh battery pack will give the XUV400 a 456 km range when it is released in January.

It’s electric motor produces 310 Nm of torque and about 150 horsepower of power. The XUV 400 EV, according to Mahindra, can go from 0 to 100 km/h in just 8.3 seconds.

It is based on the company’s XUV300 but features a unique design with an electric vehicle (EV) twist. The features of this car will also include a sunroof, six airbags, and other conveniences.

In the Indian market, this vehicle will face off against the Nexon EV. It will be a unique EV alternative for customers because it is a small SUV in Electric Cars segment

MG Air Electric Cars

What does MG Air excel in?

A compact car focused on cities, the MG Air also gives special consideration to the comfort of its users. It will be the smallest four-wheeler, having two large doors and a short length.

However, a larger cabin with a 25 kWh battery pack and a more than a sufficient range of about 300 km will be added thanks to an EV platform.

Speaking of additional amenities, it will also get climate control, a dual touch panel, connected car technology, a huge touchscreen, and many more high-end features.
