Air India Vihaan.AI: Since the acquisition of Air India by the Tata Group, the airlines are constantly undergoing major changes. The business has now presented its five-year roadmap. Air India may soon order around 200 smaller A320 Neo jets and larger aircraft. The deliveries of these aircraft may start next year. Earlier, the company had announced that it would add a total of 30 new aircraft to its inventory by December 2022, of which 5 are large Boeing aircraft. Passengers will not face any problems while traveling on domestic and international routes once this aircraft is inducted into the Air India fleet.

Along with this, the company is planning to focus more on things like technology, better facilities for passengers, etc. in the next 5 years. Along with this, the company is working on increasing its domestic market share from 8.40% to 30%. According to the data of the Aviation Regulatory Body (DGCA), Air India’s share in the total domestic market was 8.4% in July.
Air India’s Managing Editor and CEO Campbell Wilson have said that the company will work on several plans such as the basic amenities inside the aircraft such as strengthening the cabin and making the seats comfortable. Along with this, the operation of the flight on the correct timetable is also a part of this planning.
