In India, Amazon is altering the requirements for Prime membership. Currently, a single account can stream Prime Video on just two TVs at once. Amazon Prime users can stream Prime Video on up to five devices starting in January 2025. But they can only view it on two TVs at once. Prime members have received information from Amazon by mail.
Amazon Prime will only function on television.
A customer will need to purchase a separate membership for the third TV if they watch Prime Video on more than two. This modification will take effect in January 2025. The Amazon support website provides this information. At the moment, Prime subscribers can view Prime Video on up to five devices, without any restriction on the type of device. Users can manage their registered devices on the Prime Video settings page.

You and your family can watch Prime Video on up to five devices as part of your Prime membership. We are revising our use guidelines in India to allow for up to two TVs as part of five devices starting in January 2025. To stream Prime Video on more devices, you can buy another Prime subscription or manage your devices on your Settings page.
The cost of a Prime membership
There are three different plans available for Amazon Prime membership: monthly, quarterly, and annual. The cost of the monthly, quarterly, and annual plans is Rs 299, Rs 599, and Rs 1499, respectively. In addition, Prime Lite and Prime Shopping Edition are options. Watching videos is possible with a Prime Video membership without any advertisements and streams on five devices simultaneously (including two TVs).
