September sales of Honda Cars India’s Elevate, the company’s first SUV built in India, were strong. In terms of sales, it outperformed a number of current SUVs. In September 2023, 5,685 units of Elevate were sold nationwide, a 101.45 per cent increase over the previous month. Honda’s best-selling vehicle to date is also this one.
In terms of sales, it also triumphed against the Volkswagen Taigun, MG Astor, Skoda Kushaq, Toyota Urban Cruiser Highrider, and Hector. September sales figures for Taigun were 1,586 units, Kushaq was 2,260 units, Astor was 901 units, and Hector was 2,653 units. On the other hand, 3,804 Hyryder units were sold overall.
Concerning Honda Elevate SUV
Honda just introduced the Honda Elevate, a small SUV. Between Rs 11 lakh and Rs 16 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) is its pricing range. Elevate comes with seven monotone colour options and three dual-tone colour options. It has 220 mm of ground clearance. Its 1.5-litre petrol engine produces 121 horsepower and 145 Newton metres. A CVT automatic transmission and a 6-speed manual gearbox are available options.
With MT, it has a maximum mileage of 15.31 km/l
and 16.92 km/l with CVT. The 10.25-inch touchscreen entertainment system, 7-inch semi-digital driver display, wireless phone charging, automated climate control, single-pane sunroof, six airbags, hill start assist, vehicle stability assist, and rear parking camera are all included. Additionally, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are also included. Such features are offered.
Additionally, it is equipped with the Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS), which offers numerous features like Auto High Beam Assist, Auto Emergency Braking, Lane Keep Assist, and Adaptive Cruise Control.
