Audi has announced on social media that the Q6 e-Tron, the company’s latest electric vehicle, will make its world debut on March 18, 2024. This is the Q5 electric variant. The company’s eighth electric vehicle will be the Q6 e-Tron. It is constructed on the new PPE (Premium Platform Electric) platform, which is also the basis for the Porsche Macan EV.
The Audi Q6 e-Tron
was also unveiled by the firm in 2021, but it was not yet prepared for mass production. Its concept model for pre-production was displayed. Now, this electric SUV might resemble the company’s other e-Tron vehicles in appearance when it arrives on March 18. It contains a sealed-off Bulgarian beard grill. Sleek light clusters will appear on either side. The vehicle will have an integrated LED light bar mounted on the tailboard at the back. On the bumper, there will also be a diffuser element designer and graphical customization options. It will look sportier because of its roof’s small downward slant from the back. It is anticipated that the side profile will have the same straightforward styling and clean lines as the current Audi SUV collection.
The Q6 e-tron’s
interior may have a redesigned dashboard with an 11.9-inch digital instrument cluster and a curved, panoramic 14.5-inch infotainment display. In addition, the front passenger may have access to a second 10.9-inch infotainment screen for entertainment. Many eco-friendly materials with smooth surfaces are anticipated to have been used inside the cabin.
Audi has not yet provided
details regarding the Q6 e-tron’s powertrain, though. It is anticipated to provide a 600km range. Up to 270 kW of fast charging may also be accessible in it. Audi may release the coupe-style Q6 e-tron Sportback in addition to the Q6 e-tron.
