Yes, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) intends to introduce the newest housing programme before the festival of lights. 3,000 exclusive properties will be chosen for this. Super HIG (Higher Income Class), HIG, MIG, and EWS flats in different areas of the national capital, such as Dwarka, Lok Nayak Puram, and Vasant Kunj, are among the premium properties, according to reports.
There will be several upscale residences available
According to media sources, there would be a rise in property premium. For instance, the penthouses and Super HIG units currently under development in Dwarka’s Sector 19B will also be included in this programme. In Sector-14 Dwarka, there are also apartments for MIG and EWS being built. This time, Lok Nayak Puram will also be offering a flat plan.
40,000 unsold apartments of DDA
In reality, DDA recruited a real estate consultant in August to develop a plan to increase apartment sales. This has been done to get advice on the 40,000 DDA flats that are still up for sale. Within a month, the consultant is required to deliver an interim report. After the announcement of the project, DDA typically needs three to four months to finish the application process, hold draws, and assign apartments.
To increase the sale of apartments
DDA has already taken a number of steps. The elimination of this restriction, which formerly barred owners of DDA flats or plots larger than 67 square metres in Delhi from taking advantage of the new programme, is another significant improvement. Before deciding on flat prices, DDA also intends to research local private property values. All of the facilities have already been built in Vasant Kunj and Dwarka.
