The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has launched a service that allows users to purchase metro tickets by sending a WhatsApp message. Since its launch in May of this year. This service has been offered on all Delhi-NCR metro lines, including the Gurugram Rapid Metro.
Here’s how to get tickets for the metro.
Passengers only need to say “Hi” to the DMRC chatbot on WhatsApp to utilize this service. They will receive instructions to buy tickets via the chatbot. Tickets can be purchased individually, daily, weekly, or monthly. The maximum quantity of tickets that a user can create will be limited, nevertheless.
No way to cancel the ticket
Tickets in WhatsApp Ticketing cannot be canceled. There is a modest fee when using a credit or debit card to make a payment; however, there is no fee when using UPI.
