The sales of two-wheelers increased significantly in January 2024. Numerous large corporations have seen expansion. Hero and Honda continue to hold the top spots in India in terms of sales. Hero
Hero MotoCorp has started the new year off well. It is the market leader in India for two-wheeler sales, having sold 4,20,934 units as of last month (January 2024). Sales have grown by 20.4 percent in comparison to the previous year.
Honda
Honda’s best-selling scooter is the Activa. Honda sold 3,82,512 cars in the domestic market in January 2024. A 37.5 percent year-over-year gain. As of January 2023, Honda had sold 2,78,143 units.
TVS
With sales of 2,68,233 units. TVS occupied the third spot in the domestic market last month. Year over year, there has been a 23.9 percent growth in its sales. In January 2023, TVS had sold 2,16,471 units.
Bajaj
With domestic sales of 1,93,350 units in January 2024. Bajaj ranked fourth. An annual increase of 35.8% has been observed in its sales. In January of 2023, on the other hand, Bajaj sold 1,42,368 units.
Suzuki
As of January 2024. Suzuki has the fifth position among the top five two-wheeler brands in terms of sales. Compared to January 2023, when 66,209 units were sold. 80,511 units were sold in 2024. Year over year, its revenues have climbed by 21.6 percent.
