Upcoming Electric Cars: Korean carmaker Hyundai Motor may soon launch a facelift version of its first electric car, the Kona. According to an estimate, the company can launch it with its Ioniq 5. While this new Kona facelift electric car is already being sold in the global market.

The Kona Electric facelift will get a larger 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, which was earlier available at just eight inches. Apart from this, it will get a safe exit warning, rear cross-traffic assist, voice control, ecall, remote charging, climate control, BlueLink connectivity with voice commands, and many other safety features. But the design of the dashboard and center console will remain the same.
Battery and capacity
This new car can see the same 39.2 kWh Li-ion battery pack as before, its motor will be 136 hp. Also, another 64 kWh battery pack is also expected to come with the 204 hp motor variant. The range of this electric car can be around 500 km per charge.
Design
This includes body colors, redesigned alloy wheels with wheel arches, a new closed-off front grille, redesigned sleek headlamps, revised front and rear bumpers, a 10.25-inch all-digital instrument console, and a low cladding side profile. Will be seen. All other profiles can be the same as before. Hyundai launched this electric car in India in the year 2019 and since then it has been very much liked by the customers. The company has made some exterior and interior changes to this car in 2020. It is worth noting that the company is soon going to launch its second electric car Ioniq 5 in the country as well.
