The Indian Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will begin accepting Recruitment applications for the Probationary Officer position on August 1st. Interested candidates may apply online through August 21, 2024. In the official notification, candidates can review the educational requirements, age restrictions, selection procedures, and other information.
Candidates will be chosen
based on their performance in the preliminary, main, and interview exams. The IBPS PO Recruitment preliminary test is scheduled for October 19 and 20, 2024. Those who pass the preliminary exam will be invited to the main exam. The primary examination is scheduled for November 30, 2024.

PO Vacancy in IBPS 2024
IBPS released a list of 3049 openings for Probationary Officer positions for 11 participating banks last year. Applicants can view the full list of banks by clicking this link. Punjab National Bank, Punjab & Sind Bank, UCO Bank, Union Bank of India, Bank of Maharashtra, Bank of Baroda, Bank of India, Canara Bank, Central Bank of India, Indian Bank, Indian Overseas Bank. A graduation degree (BA, BCom, BSc, or BTech) from any university accredited by the Indian government is required to apply for this exam. In addition, a candidate may apply if he holds a recognized comparable qualification from the Central Government. Candidates must possess a current transcript of grades or degree certificate attesting that they are graduates on the day of registration. While registering online, candidates must also mention the percentage of marks obtained in their graduation studies.
Talking about the age limit,
the age of the candidate should be at least 20 years. The maximum age limit is 30 years.
