Nagpur Metro: By building the 3.14 km long double-decker viaduct metro on Wardha Road, Nagpur Metro has broken a global record.

The Guinness Book of World Records now recognizes the metro of Nagpur as having made history.

The 3.14 km long double-decker viaduct metro that the Metro corporation built on Wardha Road made a record.

For completing this challenging task, the Metro earned a spot in the Guinness Book of World Records.

Tuesday at Metro Bhawan in Nagpur, Guinness World Records judge Rishi Nath presented a certificate for this milestone to Brijesh Dixit, managing director of Maharashtra Metro.

Let us mention that the Metro has already earned a spot in the India and Asia Books of Records. A metro double-decker viaduct of length has never before been constructed in a nation.

This assignment was quite challenging.

The beginning of this project on Wardha Road was a very difficult undertaking, according to Brijesh Dixit, managing director of Maharashtra Metro.

Construction on three layers was challenging. The metro line is located at the top of this structure, followed by the highway and the current road at the bottom.

Nitin Gadkari expressed his appreciation.

Nitin Gadkari, the minister of highways and public transportation, has also praised the Metro for this accomplishment.

Gadkari has expressed his congratulations to everyone involved in the  Metro project.
