AMT gearbox-equipped Tiago and Tigor iCNG models have been introduced by Tata Motors. As a result, Tata is now the first automaker in India to provide a CNG powerplant option with an automatic transmission. Starting prices for Tiago and Tigor CNG with AMT gearboxes (both ex-showroom) are Rs. 7.90 lakh and Rs. 8.85 lakh, respectively.

The specifications of the two models
powertrains remain unchanged by Tata. The 1.2-liter normally aspirated petrol engine that powers the Tiago and Tigor CNG models produces 95 Nm and 73 horsepower while running on CNG. In addition to AMT, a 5-speed manual gearbox is still an option. But in addition to including the AMT gearbox, Tata Motors has given the Tiago and Tigor models a new color option. For the fuel Tiago and the Tiago NRG, the business has added the colors Tornado Blue and Grassland Beige. Meteor Bronze paint is now available for the standard Tigor as well.
