Skoda Kushaq Slavia 2022: Skoda’s current made-for-India line-up is giving a positive push to the sales of the company. To maintain this growth, Skoda is bringing model year updates for Kushaq and Slavia in 2023.
The Kushaq –
Both Kushaq and Slavia are successful in the Indian market but the Kushaq stands on top of the profit list of the company and holds the best-seller title in Skoda’s made-for-India models. The Kushaq was recently rated as the safest made-in-India car after testing by Global NCAP, it holds a 5-star safety rating for both Adults and Children.
Kushaq recently got a special anniversary edition variant introduced to celebrate the first anniversary of the SUV. We expect minor changes in the upcoming model year update, like adding more safety tech to the lower trims.
The Slavia –
The Slavia holds a decent share of the Indian car market, it made its market debut in 2022. The year model update list of Slavia is not very long, We expect some minor new feature updates and the addition of more safety tech to the lower trims in the 2023 models.
Skoda could make some changes to the powertrains of both vehicles to meet the upcoming emission regulations. The Slavia and Kushaq will continue to get the 1-litre and 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engines, both of these will be offered with the choice of six-speed manual and seven-speed DSG automatic transmissions.
Price –
The price range of Kushaq and Slavia was hiked recently and the price is expected to rise again with the upcoming model year update 2023. The current price range of Kushaq and Slavia is – Rs 11.59 lakh to Rs 19.69 lakh (Ex-showroom) for Kushaq and Rs 11.29 lakh to Rs 18.39 lakh (Ex-showroom) for Slavia.
