Suppose the SIM is misplaced

If the previous SIM card is lost or destroyed, you will have to go through a thorough verification process when purchasing a new SIM card. The procedure is the same as when purchasing a new SIM. This is done to make sure the SIM is sent to the owner of the lost or damaged SIM. These new regulations are designed to strengthen SIM card security and shield phones from fraud.
