All Indians must now have an Aadhaar (Aadhaar), which is a legal requirement. Children in India are also eligible to apply for Aadhar. You must fulfill UIDAI’s verification standards in order to apply for a 12-digit Unique Identification Number. Holders of an Aadhar card can quickly access banking, a mobile phone connection, and other official and unofficial services.
Aadhaar is entirely valid in every form
UIDAI states that all Aadhar issued by the organization is legitimate in its entirety. UIDAI periodically issued new versions of Aadhaar with the convenience of the populace in mind. Tell us about the four different Aadhaar kinds, as listed on the UIDAI website.
Aadhaar letter
This paper document is printed and laminated. It has a secure QR code that records the printing and issuing dates of the document. Aadhar letters are issued by standard e-mail in the event of new enrollment or essential biometric and demographic updates. You can purchase a PVC card online from the UIDAI website for Rs 50 in the event that your Aadhar card is lost or damaged. It will be sent to the address updated in your database using India Post’s Fast Post service.
eAadhaar
The electronic form of Aadhaar, known as eAadhaar, is digitally validated by UIDAI. It includes the date of issue and the date of download, as well as an Aadhaar Secure QR Code for offline verification. It has a password protection system for safety. Use your registered mobile number to access the UIDAI website and get the e-Aadhaar. On e-Aadhar, just the final four numbers are displayed. Each Aadhar enrollment or update automatically generates an E-Aadhaar. Downloading e-Aadhaar is free.
mAadhaar
You can download the mAadhaar mobile application from UIDAI to your phone. You can download the mAadhaar app from Google Play or iOS. It enables Aadhar holders to carry their UIDAI-registered Aadhar information with them. Along with their Aadhaar number, demographic data, and a picture, this also contains them. For offline verification, it includes the option of an Aadhar tamper-proof QR code. Like e-Aadhaar, mAadhaar is generated automatically with every Aadhar enrollment or update. This is also available for free download.
Aadhar PVC Card
UIDAI has unveiled the most recent version of the Aadhar PVC Card. The Aadhar QR code on the PVC card is digitally signed and tamper-proof. It also includes demographic information and a photo. You can purchase it online at uidai.gov.in or https://myadhaar.uidai.gov.in/genricPVC by providing your Aadhar number, Virtual ID, or Enrollment ID and paying a price of Rs 50.
