With Exter, Hyundai Motor India made a foray into the compact SUV market. Within the first five months of its release, this SUV garnered positive feedback. This is the smallest, most affordable SUV offered by the firm. 31,174 Hyundai vehicles have been sold, and the company has received about 1 lakh reservations. In other words, there is a healthy demand for it. The Actor range has six different trim levels: EX, S, SX, SX (O), and SX (O) Connect. Prices

The first month of this micro SUV’s release saw the sale of 7,000 units. Following this, sales of 7,430 units occurred in August 2023, followed by 8,647 units in September and 8,097 units in October.Hyundai exter

Hyundai Exter Engine

The 1.2-liter, 4-cylinder, normally aspirated petrol engine in the Exter produces 114Nm and 83bhp. The Grand i10 Nios, i20 hatchback, and Venue subcompact SUV are also equipped with this engine. A 5-speed AMT and a 5-speed manual gearbox are available options.

CNG choice

This tiny SUV’s CNG version produces 95.2Nm of power and 69bhp. Only a 5-speed manual gearbox is available. Both manual and AMT transmission options are available for all petrol models, with the exception of the base E trim. The mid-spec S and SX trims offer the option of a factory-fitted CNG kit.
