South Africa is already receiving Nissan Motor India’s freshly introduced SUV, the New Nissan Magnite. When the new Nissan Magnite 2024 was introduced in October of this year, the firm said that production would begin for the global market at Nissan’s Alliance joint venture plant in Chennai. South Africa was the first nation to export the new Nissan Magnite.
In just one month since its global debut in India, Chennai Port has exported over 2700 new Nissan Magnite SUVs. More than 1,50,000 Nissan Magnite devices have been sold since its December 2020 introduction, and both the Indian and foreign markets are responding well to it. There are six different models of the 2024 Nissan Magnite Facelift: Visia, Visia+, Acenta, In-connecta, Tekna, and Tekna+.
How much do the variations cost?
Petrol MT B4D 1.0 B4D 1.0 EZ-Shift HRAO Petrol Fuel Type: MT HRAO 1.0 Turbo Fuel CVT Visia models range in price from ₹5,99,400 to ₹6,59,900. The cost of Visia+ versions is ₹6,49,400. Prices for Acenta versions range from ₹7,14,000 to ₹9,79,000. N-Connecta models range in price from ₹7,86,000 to ₹10,34,000. The Tekna versions range in price from ₹8,75,000 to ₹11,14,000. Regarding the Tekna+ version, the price ranges from ₹9,10,000 to ₹11,50,000. Thus, the base model costs Rs 5 lakh 99 thousand.
Power and Engine
The new Magnite’s 1.0-liter NA gasoline engine, which produces 71 horsepower and 96 Nm of peak torque, is a replica of the original. A 1.0-liter turbo-petrol engine with a maximum torque of 160 Nm and 99 horsepower is its second engine option. Similar gearboxes with 5-speed manual, 5-speed AMT, and CVT options are also maintained.
