Toyota Tasor SUV – The global alliance between Suzuki and Toyota has helped both of these automakers, although Toyota has gained more in this situation because of Suzuki’s stronger brand value and higher market share in India. Because of this, Toyota has recently introduced rebadged Maruti models, which have also seen strong sales.
It is Toyota’s entry-level vehicle for the Indian market, much like the Glanza. This is the Maruti Baleno with a new name. It is possible that Toyota could soon release a rebadged crossover front based on Maruti’s high-end Baleno hatchback. Toyota may use the ‘Tasor’ nameplate for the future rebadged Frontex, according to media sources. It is anticipated to debut in the latter part of next year.
Properties of Tasor SUV
A 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless connectivity for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a semi-digital instrument console with colour MID, a head-up display, a wireless phone charger, cruise control, automatic climate control, and other features are anticipated to be shared by the Taser and the FrontShoe.
Features like six airbags, an electronic stability program, hill hold assistance, a 360-degree camera, ISOFIX child seat anchors, and ABS with EBD are other possible additions to the safety package.
Engine choice
It is anticipated to come with the same engine options as the Maruti Front, which offers a 1.2-liter DualJet (90PS/113Nm) and a 1-liter turbocharged petrol BoosterJet (100PS/148Nm). With the turbo engine, a 5-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission is an option. The Toyota Tasor exhibits the same traits.
The Front’s 1.2-litre petrol engine also comes with a CNG option, producing 77.5PS and 98.5Nm of power. In front of CNG, only a 5-speed manual gearbox is offered.
