Why did winter increase?

The spread of winter has accelerated on the plains as a result of the chilly winds coming from the ice Himalayas. While Dharamshala, Shimla, Nainital, and Delhi all had lower minimum temperatures than 7 degrees, Dharamshala’s minimum temperature was 3, 5 in Nainital, and less than 7 in Shimla. Delhi is still experiencing a cold wave, and the high is also low.
