UPSC CDS 2 notification released, find out if you can apply or not

On its official website, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has made available the comprehensive notification for the UPSC CDS 2 Exam 2024, which is intended to fill 459 positions. The Indian Military Academy in Dehradun, the Indian Naval Academy in Ezhimala, the Air Force Academy in Hyderabad, the Officers Training Academy in Chennai, and the Officers Training Academy in Chennai are among the 459 positions that need to be filled for various courses. 276 of the 459 positions are open for the 122nd SSC (Men) (NT) (UPSC) Courses at Officers Training Academy, Chennai (Madras).

announcement for the Combined Defense Services Examination 2 2024, which includes SSC Women (including SSC Women Non-Technical Courses). On or before June 4, 2024, interested and qualified applicants may apply online for these positions at https://upsc.gov.in

The Commission has issued the requirements and age limit for several courses. Including those offered by the Indian Military Academy in Dehradun, the Indian Naval Academy in Ezhimala. Maximum age (as of July 1, 2025)

  • The age range for candidates should be 20 to 24 years old.
  • See the official notification for specifics about age relaxation.
  • Candidates would be required to pay a fee of Rs 200 (Rupees Two Hundred only), except Women, SC, and ST candidates who are exempt from paying fees.
  • Applicants may pay the fee in cash at any SBI branch. The fees can be paid by mail, Visa, Master, Rupay Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, or Net Banking.
