Ri Uzawa, president of the maternity clothing company Sweet Mommy, says that the Chihuahua thought of creating something like this after seeing the Chihuahua getting upset and tired in the scorching sun. “It hasn’t rained properly in Japan so far this year. So summer has come early. So I think we’ve created a product that’s right for the market,” said Rei Uzawa. Actually, Japan has been facing continuous heat waves for some time now.
