The Government of India, in partnership with the State Government, has introduced an Invoice Incentive Scheme dubbed “Mera Bill Mera Adhikar” to encourage customers to seek GST-based invoices or bills for all purchases. This program aims to change people’s attitudes and behaviors such that they perceive asking for money as a right.Mera Bill Mera Adhikar

What is Mera Bill Mera Adhikar?

All business-to-consumer invoices issued to clients by suppliers who are GST-registered in the participating states will be subject to this effort. The challan needs to be uploaded on the ‘Mera Bill Mera Adhikar’ mobile app, which is accessible on iOS and Android, and the website ‘web.merabill.gst.gov.in

‘. Each uploaded invoice will be assigned an ARN, or Acknowledgment Reference Number, which will be utilized in the drawing for the prize. A random drawing mechanism will be used to choose the winning invoice on a regular basis (monthly or quarterly). The invoice must be for at least Rs 200 to be eligible for a lucky draw.Mera Bill Mera Adhikar
