This year’s Super Meteor 650 was unveiled by Royal Enfield in January. It is the company’s most expensive and flagship motorcycle that is offered for purchase in India. Five months after its formal debut, the Super Meteor 650’s pricing has now been raised. This is the product’s first price rise. The Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650’s starting price has increased from Rs. 3.49 lakh to Rs. 3.54 lakh (ex-showroom) as a result of the increase. The cost has gone up by Rs 5,000.
Three variations of the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 are available for purchase:
Astral, Interstellar, and Celestial. Astral, Interstellar, and Celestial variants are now each priced at Rs. 3.54 lakh (ex-showroom), Rs. 3.69 lakhs (ex-showroom), and Rs. 3.84 lakhs (ex-showroom), respectively. All three of the versions’ prices have been raised by the same sum of Rs 5,000.
The 650cc parallel-twin, fuel-injected, air-and-oil-cooled engine that
powers the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 cranks out 46.3bhp and 52.3Nm. It is connected to a 6-speed manual gearbox. The Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650 both come with the same engine as well. The engine is shared by all three bikes.
In terms of features, the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 now includes
a twin-pod instrument cluster and a new tripper navigation system. It has dual rear spring-loaded shock absorbers and 43 mm USD front forks. It has dual-channel ABS as standard equipment with front and rear disc brakes. Both the front and the rear of it have LED illumination. This is the first bike produced by the firm with LED illumination.
