In the 150–160cc class, Honda presently offers the Unicorn and SP160. The 162.7cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine is the same for both variants. This engine has a 60 kph stated mileage in the Unicorn and a 65 kph claimed mileage in the SP160.
TVS Apache RTR 160
The 159.7cc air-cooled engine of the TVS Apache RTR 160 produces 15.82bhp and 13.85Nm. TVS states that the Apache RTR 160 has a 60 kmpl mileage rating.
Bajaj Pulsar N160
This vehicle boasts performance as well as an ARAI-rated mileage of 51.6 km per liter. Pulsar N160 is available for Rs 1.33 lakh (ex-showroom).
Hero Xtreme 160R
The 160cc air-cooled engine of the Hero Xtreme 160R produces 14Nm at 6,500 rpm and 15bhp at 8,500 rpm. It claims to have a 49 km/l mileage.
Bajaj Pulsar N150
The Pulsar N150 has a lower mileage than the larger and more potent Pulsar N160 variant. The advertised mileage of the 150cc Pulsar, which is a newer model, is 47 km/l.
