What is an e-pension portal?

The e-pension portal has been started for the convenience of the employees retiring after completing the work under the Government of Uttar Pradesh. This portal will directly assist around 11 and a half lakh government employees. All the post-retirement paperwork will be completed on the portal itself and it will also take very less time. Now only the retiring employee has to upload his details on the portal six months before his retirement and the full payment of the employee will reach his account within just three days of retirement.

During this, if there is any problem, then the beneficiary will be informed about it through SMS. The pensioner’s bank account, graduation, and other funds will reach the pensioner’s bank account within three days from the date of retirement.

How can I apply?

The pensioner will have to visit the government portal pension.up.nic.in for the application. An employee has to apply through his/her login ID only. The online form has to be filled out within one month from the date of ID generation using the unique employee code and registered mobile number. In addition, all of the papers relevant to your service must be posted here. The Departmental Pension Officer will be in charge of the next steps once the application is complete.
