Gift cards were introduced by Air India! Now you can book your preferred seat

Air India

Air India, an airline owned by the Tata Group, has unveiled a new method for booking tickets. For this reason, the airline firm has developed gift cards that allow customers to reserve their preferred seats.

Cards up to Rs. 2 lakh in value

These Air India gift cards were unveiled by the corporation on Tuesday. These cards were introduced with four themes in mind: birthdays, wedding anniversaries, unique moments, and travel. Passengers can purchase these on the Air India website and use them based on the situation. There are denominations for these e-cards ranging from Rs 1,000 to Rs 2 lakh. According to the corporation, travelers can use these cards on both domestic and international flights. Apart from booking tickets with gift cards, they can also use them for extra baggage and seat selection. Customers can use the gift card on Air India’s website or app. Customers will get the facility to choose their preferred travel destination, date, and cabin class.

TDS data and Form 26AS do not match.

Three gift cards can be used at once. According to Air India, these gift cards can be transferred. This implies that you can purchase these cards and distribute them to others. The card data can be used by whoever has them to purchase other services and make reservations for flights on Air India. Three cards can be used by customers at once during a single purchase.

Moreover compatible with credit cards

The fact that these gift cards can also be used with credit cards is their biggest feature. If your credit card bill is Rs 1.15 lakh but your credit card is worth Rs 1 lakh, you can use a gift card to pay the first Rs 1 lakh and the balance of Rs 15,000 with a credit card. In this way, these gift cards offer flexibility to customers.
