The updated timetable states that the Group 1

Intermediate exam will take place on May 3, 5, and 9, 2024, and the Group 2 exam on May 11, 15, and 17 of the same year. Final exams for Group 1 will take place on May 2, 4, and 8 of 2024, and final exams for Group 2 will take place on May 10, 14, and 16 of the same year. The assessment examination for international taxes is scheduled for May 14 and 16, 2024. According to the official notification, “For general information, it is notified that given the elections to the 18th Lok Sabha across India, the Chartered Accountants examinations have been revised to May 2024.

• Candidates should first go to the official website, icai.org, to verify the updated dates.
• “Important Announcement. Rescheduling of Chartered Accountant Examinations. May 2024 – 19-03-2024)” is posted on the website’s front page. There will be a link that you can click.
• A PDF file will now open for you to view. The exam schedule is in this file. It is now available for download and printing.

The notification stated.

“It should also be noted that if any day of the examination schedule given above is declared a public holiday by the Central Government. Or any State Government/Local Authority. There will be no change in the examination schedule.” It is made clear, therefore, that the other information provided in the notification posted on www.icai.org on January 25, 2024, has not changed. They will not change from what they were. It is recommended that candidates pay attention to these points and maintain an active presence on the institute’s website.”
