The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains 2024 was initially administered by the National Testing Agency (NTA) between January 24 and February 1. The preliminary answer key will be released shortly, and candidates can verify their records. Answer key and replies for JEE Mains Session 1 are available at jeemain.nta.ac.in.

to voice any objections to the JEE Main answer key after it is released, provided they pay a fee for each question. Subsequently, NTA will examine the candidates’ answers and compile the definitive answer key. Exam dates for JEE Mains Session 1 were 24, 27, 29, 30, 31, and February 1, 2024, at testing locations around the nation. 55,493 candidates in all showed up for the Paper 2 (B.Arch, B.Planning) exam, while 11,70,036 appeared for the Paper 1 (BE/B.Tech) exam.

95.8% of the students showed

up for the B.E./B.Tech. Paper 1. Since NTA began offering the JEE (Mains) exam, this attendance rate is among the highest. The NTA statement states that the candidate will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 200 for each question to register objections. The results of Session 2 will be released together with the JEE Main All India Rank. Students who took tests during both sessions will be evaluated based on their highest exam scores from each session.
