The Indian market is very fond of Mahindra’s SUV. This explains the recent surge in sales of the product. However, as of December 2023, fewer XUV300 (Mahindra XUV300) units were sold. Both year over year and month over month, XUV300 sales have decreased. In any case, it consistently shows up last on the company’s own sales charts.
Sales of the XUV300 dropped
The sales of XUV300 have decreased by 26.8% in comparison to the previous year. Sales of the entire product decreased from 4,850 units in December 2022 to 3,550 units in December 2023. In addition to this, XUV300 sales have decreased month over month as well. November 2023 saw the sale of 4,673 of its units, which declined by 24.03% to 3,550 units in December 2023.
Concerning Mahindra XUV300
Notably, Mahindra’s XUV300 is its least expensive and smallest SUV. This SUV is available in five different trim levels: W2, W4, W6, W8, and W8 (O). Its ex-showroom pricing ranges from Rs 7.99 lakh to Rs 14.76 lakh. Except for its base variant W2, the Turbosport version is offered in all variants.

It has a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, cruise control, rain-sensing wipers, auto air conditioning, linked car technology, a single-pane sunroof (available on the W4 model), seven airbags, ABS with EBD, and all-wheel drive. Included are features like front and rear parking sensors, corner braking control, and disc brakes. Currently, Mahindra The XUV300’s interior and design appear dated in front of them.
