In India, Triumph has introduced the newest model in its 400cc lineup, the Triumph Speed T4. This is a very modern, high-tech, classic bike that has a sleek, fashionable appearance and excellent performance.
What are the characteristics and the price?
When it comes to cost, the Triumph Speed T4 was introduced with a starting price of ₹ 2.17 lakh (ex-showroom). The bike will come in three eye-catching hues: black, red, and white. It looks fashionable with its new color scheme. Much of the Speed 400’s design is carried over into the Speed T4, such as the upgraded seat, new bar-end mirrors, and a reworked fuel tank with eye-catching artwork.
Beneath its retro exterior,
the Speed T4 and Speed 400 have the same fundamental construction. It has a 6-gear transmission paired with a 398 cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine that generates 30.6 horsepower and 36 Nm of torque. The engine produces 85% of its maximum torque at just 2500 rpm, making it ideal for low-end torque applications.
The motorbike has a sophisticated suspension
with 43mm telescopic forks and a rear mono-shock, as well as the semi-digital instrument panel, 17-inch alloy wheels, and full LED illumination. It uses two 300mm discs—one at the front and one at the back—for braking, each with dual-channel.
