Your hunt for an affordable house in Delhi is finally over if that’s the case as well. Indeed, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) intends to build roughly 40,000 apartments for middle-class, upper-class, and lower-class families. The “DDA Sasta Ghar Yojana 2024” launch has been approved by DDA for this reason.

DDA

The starting price is Rs 11.5 lakh.

According to DDA, these apartments would be constructed in Siraspur, Ramgarh Colony, Loknayakpuram, Rohini, and Narela. First come, first served (FCFS) is how these apartments will be sold. An estimated 34,000 apartments will be available for purchase under this plan, according to reports. These apartments would start at about Rs 11.5 lakh.

DDA

There will be 34000 flats

DDA stated as much to meet the needs of low-income people, there is an LIG scheme in Ramgarh Colony, Siraspur, Loknayakpuram, Rohini, and Narela. Economically Weaker Section (EWS) flats will be sold at a lower price on a first come first serve (FCFS) basis. This will make it easier for the common man to buy his own house in Delhi. Around 34,000 flats will be sold under this scheme. The price of these flats will start from around Rs 11.5 lakh. 5400 houses would start at 29 lakhs in pricing.

According to DDA, this time there are three distinct locations. EWS for the economically disadvantaged sector, LIG for the lower-income group, and HIG for the high-income group. The plan includes four different sizes of apartments: large, medium-sized, small, and extremely small. These homes are located in Delhi’s Jasola, Loknayakpuram, and Narela neighborhoods. The good news is that there hasn’t been a price hike this time around, so these houses will still cost the same as they did last year. These homes start at about 29 lakh rupees in price. A total of roughly 5400 homes will be sold under this.

DDA

The 1.28 crores are the most expensive mansion!

DDA intends to hold a large auction and mid-sized houses in Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024. It has been decided to auction mid and large-sized houses in Sector 14, 16B, and 19B of Dwarka. That is, you will have to bid to buy these houses. Under this scheme, about 173 houses will be sold and their prices will start from Rs 1.28 crore.
