The name of this SUV was given by the firm on Wednesday. The name of Honda Cars India Limited’s (HCIL) anticipated new SUV is “Honda Elevate” (“Honda Elevate”). Up until this point, only claims had been made about this name, but the company has since confirmed it. It will face off against vehicles such as the Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos.

The Honda City sedan’s motor will be used in the company’s next new SUV, which will have a global design. In addition to a hybrid arrangement, there will be a 1.5L Atkinson cycle and 1.5L iVTEC petrol engine. The hybrid system produces 109 bhp of power and 253 nm of torque, while the conventional petrol engine produces 121 bhp and 145 nm. The features of this SUV include a collision mitigation braking system, lane-keeping assistance, automatic emergency braking, road departure mitigation, adaptive cruise control, and auto high beam. Its starting price is approximately Rs. 11 lakhs.
